Delivery and payment

This page will help you to familiarize yourself with the payment and delivery conditions accepted by our company. If you are interested in detailed information on one or several of our products, please contact our consultant at order-info@essence-of-life.org.

Please remember that we try to approach every our client individually - while making an order you will have chance to discuss the method of delivery, questions on packing and discount, etc with our managers.

Procedure of making an order

If you've already determined the contents of your order according to our price-lists, please send a letter to our manager at order@essence-of-life.org and include in it your order listing and your questions in regard to packing, delivery, payment, etc. In a day's time you will receive a reply to your questions. When everything will be decided on, you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

Please take note - we only receive orders by e-mail.

Our buyers from countries other than Russia have the following payment options:

• Advance payment through MoneyGram - money is received in several hours (up to a day), your order is shipped after receiving the payment (or by agreement).
• Advance payment through Yandex.money or Webmoney Transfer - money is received in a few minutes, your order is shipped on the same day (or by agreement).

Be attentive! Our company does not take responsibility for additional customs taxes in your country. Please make sure that your country allows inbound shipping of cosmetic-grade essential and fatty vegetable oils. Inform us of your findings in the course of further correspondence.

Warranty:

We include a copy of quality certificate for positions ordered. If you receive out-of-date products, or products of questionable quality, we will replace them free of charge. There is also an option of moneyback.
